The Lotus Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Black women navigating workplace trauma, burnout and systemic barriers. We provide access to therapy, wellness resources and community spaces that support healing, emotional well-being and long-term stability.

The mission of The Lotus Club is to create a nurturing, inclusive community where Black women are empowered to prioritize wellness, embrace their authenticity, and unlock their fullest potential, inspiring transformation in themselves and their communities. We exist to create supportive safe spaces where we can thrive to use our voices, skills and talents for betterment in the workplace, at home and to build our communities.
The Lotus Club is raising funds to expand access to mental health care and community support for Black women across North Texas. Our most urgent needs include:
Funding 6-month therapy scholarships for women who cannot afford consistent care
Covering costs for healing-centered workshops focused on mental wellness, stress relief and identity repair
Providing safe, affirming spaces for Black women to connect, rest and grow through peer-led events and support groups
We exist to center the healing, voices and experiences of Black women who are often overlooked and underserved in traditional wellness and professional spaces. We believe every Black woman deserves access to mental health care, safe community and the opportunity to thrive without barriers rooted in race, gender or socioeconomic status.
We are committed to breaking cycles of harm and building systems of care that are accessible, inclusive and grounded in dignity.
