Since January 2025, more than 600,000 Black women have left the labor market — pushed out by burnout, workplace hostility, and systemic inequities that never gave them room to rest. The Lotus Club exists so that leaving doesn't mean disappearing.

We're a wellness community built for Black women rebuilding after workplace trauma, chronic stress, and burnout. We believe healing and empowerment aren't luxuries — they're the foundation for the abundant life every Black woman deserves, unbound by anyone else's expectations.

• Black Girl Day Off Wellness Walk — Therapist-led outdoor walks that trade hustle for stillness — somatic rest, journaling, and community, one step at a time.
• Bloom Back — Career recovery support for women re-entering the workforce, pairing practical transition planning with the emotional grounding to walk back in whole.
• Unmuted — A virtual space where Black women can finally say the quiet part out loud: naming workplace harm, learning their rights, and grieving together instead of alone.
