We Are Dallas United Crew

Since 2002, we've turned White Rock Lake into North Texas' largest home for competitive rowing and dragon boating — and on North Texas Giving Day, we're asking you to help us keep growing.

DUC serves 140+ youth athletes from 56 DFW-area high schools, alongside thriving Masters, adaptive, and breast cancer survivor rowing communities. This year, your gift helps us break down financial barriers to the sport, replace and expand our equipment fleet, and give more athletes regardless of age, ability, or background the chance to discover what they're capable of on the water.

Every dollar raised goes directly to scholarships, equipment, and program space that make this possible.

Where Your Gift Goes This Giving Day

This year we're raising $265,000 across four campaigns. Pick the one closest to your heart, or split your gift across all four: every dollar is tracked to the program you choose or provide a general gift and we'll apply it to where the most impact can be made.

Featured Campaigns

RowDallas

Goal: $60,000 - Financial Assistance

RowDallas began in 2019, inspired by Arshay Cooper, and has grown into the pipeline that brings rowing into DFW schools. A dedicated DUC staff member teaches rowing directly on campus — building both the physical skills and the academic support to recruit oarsmen and coxswains into our Youth Rowing Program, which has produced 116 D1 recruits, many on athletic scholarship.

Your gift funds season registration and regatta travel for athletes who couldn't otherwise afford a seat in the boat. No teammate left on the dock because of cost.

Youth Rowing Equipment Campaign

Goal: $85,000 - Boats, Oars, Coxboxes, SpeedCoaches, Safety Gear

Our fleet and training equipment take a beating from a full competitive season and our roster keeps growing. This campaign funds the boats, oars, coxboxes, SpeedCoaches, team radios, dock lighting and lifts, and a bigger food trailer that keep 140+ athletes safely on the water and fed on the road at regattas across the region.

The Power Plant

Goal: $100,000 - Indoor Training Facility

We're heading into our third year in this space, and we're grateful to past North Texas Giving Day donors for making the expansion possible. The Power Plant is our indoor, air-conditioned, mirrored training facility at 6760 Abrams Rd — home to 30 Concept2 RowErgs and 24 Concept2 BikeErgs across two rooms, plus a conference area and dedicated space for video review. It's where our athletes train year-round, rain or Texas summer heat.

DUC PINK Dragon Boat (Breast Cancer Survivor Team)

Goal: $16,500 - New 20-Person Dragon Boat

At DUC PINK, we're united by a shared experience and a common goal: empowering people living with a breast cancer diagnosis to embrace a full, active life. Through dragon boating, our survivors find fitness, camaraderie, and proof that a diagnosis doesn't have to define what comes next. This gift funds a new 20-person boat to keep the team on the water.
