A terminal diagnosis changes everything -- but it doesn't take away the importance of love, connection, and creating memories with the people we love most.

At My Final Wish, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to celebrate life, create lasting memories, and leave behind a legacy of love. We grant the wishes of adults facing terminal illness by bringing together family, friends, and communities during one of life’s most challenging journeys.

Whether it’s traveling to see loved ones, returning to a meaningful place, celebrating a milestone, or capturing family memories that will be treasured for generations, we help make these final wishes possible.

Since launching, we have granted nine incredible wishes, including a second honeymoon to Hawaii, trips to reunite with family in California and North Carolina, a quinceañera celebration, and heartfelt family portrait sessions. Each wish has created something priceless—a moment of joy, connection, and love that families will carry with them forever.

But there are still more wishes waiting to be granted.
