At My Final Wish, we are driven by a profound commitment to honoring the dignity, compassion, and final wishes of terminally ill adults in the Dallas-Fort Worth community. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves to experience love, connection, and meaningful celebration during their final days. From fulfilling bucket-list adventures to facilitating intimate family gatherings, we work tirelessly to turn dreams into reality. These experiences are more than just events; they are acts of love that reaffirm the value of a life well-lived.
Donating to My Final Wish is an opportunity to make a profound and lasting impact on the lives of individuals and their families during their most vulnerable moments. Your generosity helps fulfill meaningful wishes, creating cherished memories and moments of joy for those facing end-of-life challenges. Whether it’s attending a special event, capturing precious family memories, or experiencing a lifelong dream, your contribution brings comfort, dignity, and a sense of fulfillment to those in need. By supporting My Final Wish, you become a part of a compassionate mission to honor life, celebrate love, and leave a legacy of kindness that will be remembered forever. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference in turning final wishes into reality. From fulfilling bucket-list adventures to facilitating intimate family gatherings, we work tirelessly to turn dreams into reality.
My Final Wish is dedicated to fulfilling the final wishes of terminally ill adults, uniting families, friends, and the broader Dallas-Fort Worth community to honor their lives and celebrate their enduring legacies. Through compassionate collaboration, we create meaningful experiences that foster connection, celebrate individuality, and leave a lasting impact on all involved.
Every wish is fulfilled based upon donations from our community. Whether your gift is in-kind services, catering, flowers, airline miles, or money, each donation goes directly toward making patients’ wishes come true. My Final Wish grants wishes at no cost to the patients or their families.
To continue our work, we need:
💛 Monetary Donations to cover travel, lodging, meals, and wish experiences
🎁 In-Kind Gifts such as gift cards, hotel or airline points, professional services such as catering, flowers, photography, items for silent auctions, among many others
🙌 Volunteers to help with wish coordination, events, and outreach
To donate in-kind items or sign up to volunteer, visit www.myfinalwish.org or email us at info@myfinalwish.org.
At My Final Wish, we believe every person deserves dignity, compassion, and the opportunity to be celebrated—regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status, religious beliefs, or background.
We are committed to advancing equity by ensuring that terminally ill adult patients from all communities have access to the emotional healing and meaningful experiences that come from having their final wishes honored.
We recognize the systemic barriers that can limit access to care, support, and visibility. In response, we strive to create an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all individuals and families we serve, as well as the volunteers, partners, and supporters who make our work possible.
Through every wish we grant, we honor not only a life lived—but the humanity and legacy of each person, equally and without exception.
