$15,000 goal

Support the Mt. Auburn STEAM Academy and Lakewood Elementary Communities!

We're raising $15,000 to support two exceptional Dallas ISD principals and we need your help to make it happen!

This campaign will fund:

  • Leadership development and coaching for Principal Ernesto Guevara and Principal Brittany Thompson through The Educator Collective's Principal Fellowship
  • Well-being programming and professional support that helps principals build thriving campus cultures where teachers feel valued and students excel
  • The tools, resources and peer community that equip school leaders to create joyful, stable learning environments for every student they serve

Your generosity will directly impact the students and families at Mt. Auburn STEAM Academy and Lakewood Elementary, helping them feel supported, inspired and led by principals who are equipped to help them thrive.

About the Principals:

Principal Ernesto Guevara, a Dallas ISD educator since 2015 and proud product of immigrant parents, has dedicated his career to closing achievement gaps and building Mt. Auburn into the premier STEAM academy in Dallas ISD.

Principal Brittany Thompson, a Teach for America alumna and SMU graduate, has spent her career driving double-digit student growth and building strong learning communities across Dallas schools.

Both are investing in their own growth as leaders so they can give more to the students and teachers who count on them every day.

Whether you are a parent, neighbor, community member or simply someone who believes great schools change lives, your donation — big or small — makes a difference.

Thank you for standing behind these two leaders and the hundreds of students whose futures depend on the strength of their schools. Let's rally together and give these principals the support they deserve.

Thank you!
