So they might know Jesus

This is a big Lambert Family year! In June, I celebrated my 21st year at NewDay Services. Josh & I both turn 50 this Fall. In March, Josh & I will celebrate 20 years married. In May, JD will graduate from high school. All I really want to do in life is continue to live and love the one God has built for me. He has been so faithful to show me who and how to support through this ministry, and I feel like He's going to keep providing a way. 

I am so encouraged to have:

• calmed a girl, who reacted wrongly when her car was taken by schoolmates without her permission;
• suggested to a staff member, who was eager to grow in his faith, that he begin a workplace Bible study and now approximately 15 regularly attend weekly;
• grieved with a mom, whose son died without warning;
• affirmed a boy's faith when he was concerned that he might be reading the wrong Bible and praying incorrectly;
• presented awards to juveniles every time they had accrued seven consecutive days of outstanding behavior while detained;
• put Bibles in the hands of juveniles as they got released;
• joined Bible teaching volunteers in praying specifically for detained juveniles as well as for staff
