What I love about Book Drive for Kids is the look on children’s faces when they get to choose a book and they realize it belongs to them. A book is more than just a story, it is a key that unlocks a child’s imagination and creates a thought that will be carried along with them for the rest of their life. 

Donating will provide books to children, benefiting their reading skills. Research shows that reading paper books leads to stronger academic performance compared to digital reading, with significant score differences on international tests like PISA. Reading on paper is associated with much higher achievement outcomes than digital reading.

 Book Drive for Kids has a goal of providing at least 20 books in every household in North Texas where children currently have no access to books.  A donation as little as $5.00 will put one book into the hands of a child who will thrive because of you!
