Why We Support Solar Prep

Our two daughters attend Girls Solar Prep, an all-girls Dallas Public School serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade. We are incredibly grateful that they have the opportunity to learn and grow in such a special school community.

Solar Prep is intentionally designed to bring together girls from different backgrounds, with half of its students coming from disadvantaged neighborhoods. We love that our daughters are growing up in an environment that not only challenges them academically, but also teaches them the value of community, empathy, and opportunity.

We have seen firsthand what a difference Solar Prep can make in a girl's life. It is a place where girls are encouraged to be confident, curious, ambitious, and to believe in what they can accomplish.

That is why we are proud to support Friends of Solar Prep. Your support helps strengthen the educational experience and opportunities available to every girl at Solar Prep, regardless of her family's circumstances.
