Help DRR Rescue More Poodle Mixes

We have been so lucky to volunteer with this incredible organization — watching both of our fosters, Wilder and Cinder, get the soft place to land they needed, learn they are safe and loved, and ultimately find their forever families. ❤️

As we continue our foster journey, we’re asking our friends and family to help us give more dogs that same second chance by supporting Doodle Rock Rescue.

This organization is so close to both of our hearts. Since 2017, Doodle Rock Rescue has rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed more than 2,300 poodle mixes — many arriving with urgent medical needs, from broken bones and heart conditions to life-threatening illnesses.

DRR is 100% volunteer-run and foster-based, which means donations directly support the dogs who need it most — emergency surgeries, medical care, food, medication, and behavioral training.

This North Texas Giving Day, DRR is facing a $55,000 funding gap to meet its annual operating costs. A $100 donation can help fund life-saving surgery, while $500 can help cover critical medical treatment for a dog who has nowhere else to turn.

And for us, this is about more than saving one dog.

When a dog like Cinder finds her forever home, it opens a place in our home for the next dog who desperately needs one.
