Youth Leadership Development Workshop

The Youth Leadership Development Workshop serves middle and high school youth, particularly those with limited access to structured mentorship, academic support, and enrichment opportunities outside the classroom. Many of the youth we serve face challenges such as academic disengagement, low self-confidence, peer pressure, and limited exposure to college and career pathways. Families are often seeking trusted guidance and additional resources to help their children navigate these critical developmental years with confidence and direction.

Through one-on-one mentorship, academic coaching, and structured leadership development, the program pairs youth with caring adult mentors who help them build self-confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and set meaningful academic and personal goals. Participants engage in guided discussions, skill-building workshops, and exposure to college and career pathways designed to broaden their sense of what's possible for their future.

• Provide consistent, one-on-one mentorship that helps youth build self-confidence and resilience
• Strengthen academic engagement through tutoring, study support, and goal-setting
• Expose participants to college and career pathways they might not otherwise encounter
• Equip youth with practical leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Create a supportive peer and mentor network that counters negative peer pressure
