"Much Ado About Seating" is Lakeside Community Theatre’s campaign to raise $10,000 for new theatre seating. LCT is known for dynamic, bold, creative, intimate theatre, but our current seating is ready for its final bow. The chairs are heavy, uncomfortable, difficult to maintain, and not ideal for a black box theatre where seating arrangements need to shift from show to show.
New seating will help us create a better audience experience while giving LCT the flexibility our productions require. We need chairs that are mobile, durable, easy to maintain, and comfortable enough for patrons to enjoy the show without leaving with sore backs or sore backsides.
The drama belongs on stage. Help us bring comfort to the house.
