Colby's Match for Dallas Youth

I serve on the Trustees leadership body for the All Stars Project of Dallas, so this one is personal. I've seen the work up close, and it's worth backing.

Since 2013, All Stars Project of Dallas has been transforming the lives of young people from underserved communities in partnership with caring adults. Their afterschool development programs, internships, professional workshops, and talent shows are completely free, and they've reached more than 45,000 youth and their families.

This isn't a small operation. In 2024, the City of Dallas selected All Stars to lead the Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program, Dallas Works. In the first year alone, they brought career-ready opportunities to over 1,000 young people, placed more than 200 in internships, and engaged over 40 corporate and community partners. This year they've already reached over 2,000 youth and brought Career Ready Workshops to more than 250 students. They also produced the 30th anniversary of the Mayor's Back to School Fair, putting free school supplies and community resources in front of 15,000 young people and their families.

Talent is everywhere in Dallas. Access isn't. All Stars Project closes that gap. Between my match and Giving Day bonus funds, every dollar you give gets multiplied.
