All Stars Project, Inc.: Mission

Through the developmental power of performance, which is at the heart of all our programs, the All Stars Project (ASP) transforms the lives of youth from poor and underserved communities in partnership with caring adults, giving everyone the opportunity to grow.

ASP is on the forefront of building community by bridging racial, economic, and social divisions to develop a caring 21st Century America.

Support the Fall Leadership Program and Dallas Works:

Recognizing the ASP’s long-standing success in youth and workforce development, Dallas Mayor, Eric L. Johnson, named ASP the official nonprofit partner to help reimagine and relaunch the 2025 Dallas Works Summer Youth Employment Program. Now powered by ASP, Dallas Works is preparing the next generation with hands-on career experiences that builds practical skills and opens doors to future opportunities. In 2025, we reached our goal of engaging more than 1,000 young people through professional development workshops and facilitated over 200 paid summer internships for our city's youth.

This year, we are looking to raise $20,000 towards our Fall Leadership Program (FLP). The FLP is a 2023 innovation of the All Stars Project of Dallas in response to our young people from Oak Cliff, Pleasant Grove, West Dallas, and South Dallas expressing their desire to learn more about the many industries and job opportunities in the heart of our city.

Last year, our ensemble of 50 young people learned about the Accounting, Banking, Consulting, and Wealth Management industries with the support of our caring corporate partners, and this year we want to reach and impact more young people and take them to a variety of offices in Downtown Dallas to participate in workshops that will expose them to new industries, opportunities, and connections!

  • $5,000 – Sponsor the FLP Ensemble
    • This fall, we expect to bring free professional ‘development through performance’ workshops to at least 40 young people. A gift of $5,000 would sponsor the entire ensemble and transportation costs, and give you the opportunity to attend one of our workshops alongside our youth.
  • $2,500 – Cover the Transportation Costs for the FLP Ensemble
    • A contribution at this level covers the cost of renting a charter bus that ensures the transport of our young people to and from workshops as lack of access to quality public transport in Dallas continues to pose barriers for our youth.

Support Development Coaching:

Development Coaching is an All Stars Project program that allows caring adult volunteers to make an immediate personal and professional impact on the lives of young adults from poor and underserved communities. The program pairs young adults ages 18-24 with caring volunteers and business professionals from across the country in a virtual environment for one hour a week, where they develop together!

  • $250 – Sponsor One Development Coach
    • Coaches are typically young professionals who can relate to coachees in a meaningful way. A sponsorship of $250 ensures the program remains free for our youth participants, removing cost barriers for young professionals looking to give back.
  • $500 – Sponsor Two Development Coaches
  • $150 – Sponsor One Young Person for Our All Stars Project Programming
  • $96 – Sponsor a 31-Day DART Pass for One Young Person
    • Our young people from Oak Cliff, South Dallas, and West Dallas continue to face geographic barriers in accessing free afterschool development opportunities with the All Stars Project of Dallas. With a gift of $96, you can cover the transportation costs for a young person and allow them to safely reach professional workshops facilitated by ASP of Dallas.

Please make a contribution at a level that is meaningful to you.

More About the All Stars Project of Dallas

In the ten years since the All Stars Project (ASP) launched in Dallas, we have partnered with private and public sectors to create afterschool development and performance opportunities as a new way to engage poverty and set over 40,000 young people from poor neighborhoods in Oak Cliff, West Dallas, and South Dallas on a path toward personal and professional success. Regardless of financial or socioeconomic status, background, ethnicity, or gender, we believe that any young person with a willingness to grow deserves the opportunity to do so. There are also no GPA or other admissions requirements to participate in our free programs, which makes development and opportunity available at no cost to any young person. Our aim is to remain an organization that builds equity and removes barriers for our young people of Dallas.

If you'd like information on how to volunteer or get your company involved in our programs, please reach out to Celestina Sunny at csunny@allstars.org.
