Master’s-level art therapy and counseling interns are an essential part of Dallas Art Therapy. Under the close supervision of experienced, credentialed professionals, interns provide free and affordable individual art therapy, assist with therapeutic groups, prepare art materials, document services, and support community outreach programs.

Their work allows Dallas Art Therapy to serve more veterans, teens, neurodivergent youth, adults, and other community members who might otherwise be unable to afford care. Interns gain supervised clinical experience while clients receive thoughtful, ethical, and professionally guided services.
