At Dallas Art Therapy, we believe in the healing power of creativity. Our mission is to provide access to professional art therapy for children, teens, adults, and veterans navigating life’s challenges—including trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. Led by credentialed art therapists, we offer a safe, inclusive space for self-expression and emotional growth through individual sessions, community workshops, and innovative outreach programs.

Every donation helps us provide free or low-cost sessions, deliver essential art supplies, and ensure no one is turned away because of financial need. Together, we can make healing through art accessible to all.
