This year, Hannah’s Southern Paws Rescue is proud to host our North Texas Giving Day fundraiser and adoption event at Franklin’s Tattoo & Supply in Dallas, TX on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 6 PM to 10 PM. Not only will we have some of our adoptable dogs onsite, but the shop will also be offering flash dog-themed tattoos, along with a silent auction, fellowship, and plenty of rescue spirit.

Over the past year, we’ve taken on some of our toughest cases yet. Dogs who arrived shot, attacked, or suffering from untreated illnesses. Winnie, who came to us after being shot and mauled, has undergone surgery, gained weight, and is now thriving as she begins her heartworm treatment. Pooh Bear came to us with severe skin infections and neglect, requiring weeks of medical care before finally getting the chance to just be a dog again. Lavender and Onyx have patiently waited for their forever homes, each overcoming their own medical and emotional hurdles. Milo joined us with painful ear infections that needed treatment before he could even think about adoption. These are just a few of the many lives saved through the generosity of our supporters.

Our mission has always been to step up for the dogs who need us the most. The ones that shelters can’t afford to treat, and those whose medical cases often stand in the way of adoption. We believe every dog deserves a chance, no matter how critical their needs may be.

For this year’s North Texas Giving Day, we’ve set a goal that we know will allow us to continue saying “yes” to the hard cases. Meeting this goal means more lifesaving surgeries, more medications, more rehabilitation, and ultimately more second chances.

Your support, whether through donations, bidding in our silent auction, adopting, or even getting a tattoo at our event, directly fuels our ability to keep fighting for the voiceless. Together, we can continue building a rescue where no dog is left behind, no matter how critical their condition.
