Lake Ray Roberts Equestrian Trails Association (LRRETA) obtained a modest Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept Grant for trail improvements and repairs on the south side of Ray Roberts following the Elm Fork Trinity River from the Dam down to Hwy 380:

  • A Community Pavilion for shaded picnic tables
  • A Round Pen for warming up jittery horses
  • Trail Clean up and repairs due to flooding and high winds
  • Shaded Rest stops and benches along the trail for hikers, bikers, and riders to stop for a rest

The Grant is structured to "match" up to $36,000 of donations.  Help LRRETA gain access to these Texas Parks and Wildlife matched funds to improve the Park experience for our North Texas communities.
