Dallas Area Parkinsons Society (DAPS) has been serving families facing the challenges of Parkinson's disease (PD) for nearly 50 years. They provide exercise groups, speech therapy, dance classes, and support groups free of charge for people with PD and their care partners. They also offer monthly educational series and annual special events.
The staff and volunteers are compassionate, and the services they provide can be a lifeline for those facing their initial diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. I encourage you to learn more about DAPS on their website at https://www.daps.org.
