BUiLT North Texas has over 3,000 members on the Meetup platform.

North Texas Presence: BUiLT drives meaningful change by empowering local teams to design and implement programs tailored to the unique needs of their communities. We believe that local leadership is best positioned to understand and serve their regions effectively. To support this approach, BUiLT operates through member-led chapters, organized by city, that govern trainings and oversee program delivery. These members play a central role in shaping and evaluating our offerings, ensuring that our initiatives remain relevant, impactful, and community-driven.

Training Events

• Train 450 North Texas adults each year with job-ready technology certifications, equipping them to step into future-proof careers and launch their own tech ventures. This investment doesn’t just change individual lives—it uplifts families, strengthens communities, and drives racial equity across the counties we serve.

Professional Networking

• Host 12 professional networking events to bring employment candidates, entrepreneurs, recruiters, and hiring managers together in intimate settings to make lasting connections, as shown here:

Technology Panel and Career Development Presentations

• Deliver 4 technology and career development panel programs to share education on current trends in tech, such as: the Truth About Series ... and career development primers.
