Every day at the Children's Advocacy Center for Rockwall County we are met with a new crisis--incidents of children whom have suffered from abuse.  Last year we served 840 unduplicated families that walked through our doors seeking safety, justice, and healing.   A joint response minimizes revictimization and streamlines an often complex and confusing process.  Family advocates help families navigate transition in a time of crisis after disclosure of abuse. Mental health services include counseling for children, their siblings, and non-offending care givers.  Children are seen in a child-friendly environment,  and all services are offered at no charge to families who have already endured a tremendous hardship.  Help me replace their darkness and hurt with hope and healing!
