Every young person deserves a clear path to a bright future, but many face systemic barriers that make that path incredibly difficult to find.
That is why I am raising funds for Excellence by Design Education Center's Operation Transformation Bridge Program.
This incredible program specifically re-engages "Opportunity Youth" (ages 16–24) in our community who have become disconnected from school, stable housing, or the workforce. The Bridge Program doesn't just offer temporary fixes; it provides a comprehensive runway to lasting success through:
Workforce Development & Career Readiness: Equipping young adults with the tangible skills needed to secure meaningful, sustainable employment.
Essential Life Skills Training: Helping participants build the emotional resilience, financial literacy, and confidence needed to navigate adulthood.
Wraparound Support Services: Addressing critical barriers like childcare, mental health resources, and transportation so students can focus on their growth.
Our Goal: We are raising funds to help bridge the gap between disconnection and a purposeful future. Your donation directly invests in the training materials, mentorship, and vital resources these resilient young adults need to transition into higher education and thriving careers.
