Every young person deserves a chance to succeed. Yet across North Texas, thousands of young adults ages 16-24 are disconnected from school, employment, and the support systems needed to achieve their goals. Many face barriers such as poverty, housing instability, lack of transportation, limited job experience, and other challenges that make it difficult to move forward.

At Excellence by Design Education Center (EDEC), we're changing that reality.Through our Operation Transformation Bridge Program, Opportunity Youth gain the skills, resources, and support needed to reconnect with education, employment, and a future filled with possibilities.

EDEC serves nearly 2,000 students annually, yet more than 22,000 Opportunity Youth in our community remain underserved. Participants in our Operation Transformation Bridge Program complete workforce readiness training, earn industry-recognized credentials, build professional resumes, and engage directly with employers through internship fairs and interviews.
