Society St. Vincent de Paul

At the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, we our working to help our neighbors who are struggling with the high cost of living today. We help people who have fallen on hard times, been downsized, or are trying to raise their children without the help of a partner. We visit them in their homes and listen to their stories, and with your help we can help them.

So many people today are just trying to make ends meet, and we will take your donations and make a difference for them. We pay rent, utilities, car notes and even do some grocery shopping when needed. 

I recall visiting with three disabled ladies, living together, who needed help with their electric bill. We had the money to pay it, and when I asked if they had food, they shyly said no. Their refrigerator was empty, and my partner and I went to the grocery store and brought them back some food. Their gratitude was overwhelming.

Your donations work right in our local neighborhoods to help your friends and neighbors who will not reach out to you, but will contact us. We are blessed to be able to visit them and help them however we can, even if it is just to listen and pray with them.
