Your Generosity Helps Young Women Write Their Next Chapter!

Your gift today ensures that more young women find hope, stability,
and a path not just to survive, but to soar.

Today, the young women of Our Friends Place describe their lives as “peaceful” and “calm.” Not long ago, their words were very different. Before arriving here, many faced homelessness, poverty, neglect, and abuse—with no one to call, nowhere to go, and no support system to help them move forward.

Your generosity changes that. You make it possible for fear to become peace… instability to become safety… and uncertainty to become hope.

At our Transitional Living Centers, extraordinary transformations happen every day:

  • “Overwhelmed” becomes “confident.”
  • “Alone” becomes “supported.”
  • “Lost” becomes “ready for my future.”

You make her new words a reality.

Your gift today fuels her journey:

  • $80 helps provide a meal at a Transitional Living Center
  • $250 supplies essentials for a young woman settling into safe housing
  • $500 supports life‑skills coaching, career readiness, and academic support
  • $1,000+ ensures safe, stable housing that changes her future

Every year, your generosity helps young women break free from crisis and take flight toward independence. By supporting our prevention programs and two Transitional Living Centers, you help them break generational cycles, build stable careers, find safe housing, and believe in their own ability to succeed.

Join the Giving Flock and watch your impact take flight. Each gift adds a paper bird to our Giving Flock art installation in the OFP lobby, symbolizing the community support that empowers young women on their path to independence.

Visit www.OurFriendsPlace.org/JoinTheFlock to make your gift today.

Donate by December 31 to add your bird to the flock and help us finish the year strong for the young women we serve.

P.S. Follow us on social media throughout December to see the Giving Flock grow—and watch your generosity take flight in the lives of young women across Dallas.
