About Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™
Cultivate. Purpose. Resilience.™
At Sterling 1st Aid C.P.R.™, our mission is to save lives — both physically and emotionally — by providing CPR, First Aid, opioid overdose prevention, and trauma-informed wellness education to Dallas’ underserved communities and beyond.
We believe that lifesaving skills should be accessible to everyone — regardless of zip code, income level, or background. Our unique programs combine American Red Cross-certified CPR training with mental health readiness, empowering families, schools, faith-based organizations, and businesses to act confidently during emergencies.
From teaching infant CPR to new parents, to delivering Narcan training in high-risk communities, to leading mental health “CPR for the Mind™” workshops, we equip individuals to respond with both skill and compassion.
Your North Texas Giving Day gift will help us:
Provide free and low-cost CPR training in Dallas’ underserved neighborhoods
Equip youth, parents, and caregivers with emergency readiness skills
Expand our 112 Lives™: Beat the Streets community CPR initiative
Distribute lifesaving supplies like first aid kits, Narcan, and AED access guides
Offer mental health crisis response training alongside physical lifesaving skills
Every heartbeat we protect makes our community stronger. With your support, we can train more lifesavers, prevent more tragedies, and bring hope where it’s needed most.

Every lesson we teach is guided by our core values: Cultivate. Purpose. Resilience.™
We have set a $100,000 goal to:
Purchase and equip a Mobile CPR Training Unit (RV/Bus) to reach underserved communities across Texas
Provide free CPR, First Aid, and choking response training for families, schools, and childcare providers
Expand opioid overdose response and Narcan distribution to save lives in crisis situations
Deliver Safe Sleep and Shaken Baby Syndrome prevention education to protect infants and young children
Offer suicide prevention and mental health support to strengthen resilience in vulnerable communities
Train and empower youth mentors to lead peer and neighborhood safety education
Install interactive CPR kiosks inside the Mobile Unit to provide on-demand, hands-on learning
Every heartbeat matters. Together, we can build a safer, healthier Texas.
