School of Lexia is a fully accredited and specialized private school and tutoring center that inspires and equips students with dyslexia and related learning differences (ADHD, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia and more) to become confident innovators of their own learning in order to grow into highly successful achievers in their community and beyond.

Our Needs

Dear Friends and Supporters of School of Lexia,

As you may know, School of Lexia is dedicated to providing exceptional education and specialized intervention for students with learning differences. Our mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of their financial situation, has access to the transformative education they need to thrive.

Today, we are reaching out to you with an urgent and exciting opportunity. Last year we were looking to move to a new location that would allow us to grow and expand to accommodate additional students, ensuring that no child is turned away due to lack of space. We are excited to announce our new location will be located on property at Camp Anothen in Mansfield! The new building is scheduled for completion by Dec 2025. This is your opportunity to help us furnish and equip this space with the appropriate, desks, chairs, technology and manipulatives to facilitate a highly engaging environment as well as continue to keep tuition as affordable as possible. We are already priced 40-50% below other similar institutions yet we continue to provide financial aid to those in need. For the 2025-26 school year, we have already offered $129,000 in financial aid.

Our goal for North Texas Giving Day is to raise $100,000 to cover the costs associated with this relocation and scholarships we have already awarded base on needs. Here’s how your generous donation will be utilized:

  1. Financial Assistance for Students: will provide scholarships and financial aid to students with learning differences who cannot afford the specialized intervention that School of Lexia offers. These funds will ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their economic background.

  2. Capital for Equipment and furniture: funds will be used to equip the new facility and allow us to increase our enrollment and provide a state-of-the-art learning environment for our students without significant increases to tuition.

We believe that with your support, we can achieve this goal and continue to make a profound impact on the lives of our students and their families. We are trusting in the Lord to bring forth benefactors who share our vision and commitment to changing the lives of children forever.

Your investment, no matter the size, will make a significant difference. Together, we can create a brighter future for countless children. We invite you to partner with us in this mission and become a vital part of our community’s growth and success.

Thank you for your consideration and support. We look forward to celebrating the success of this campaign with you and witnessing the incredible transformations in the lives of our students.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Linnea & Jason Oxley
