$125,000 Goal

Panther City Repair School addresses a critical shortage of musical instrument repair and manufacturing technicians—a growing national crisis that affects schools, music educators, retailers, and professional musicians. Our apprenticeship-based training model prepares students to step into this vital trade through hands-on apprenticeships, utilizing advanced technology, all while preserving music education and sustainable careers across North Texas and beyond.

Mission

We empower people with the skills to restore, design, and build, musical instruments through cutting-edge technology and traditional craftsmanship, ensuring the future of musical artistry.

Needs

Our funding goal for Fall 2025 is to complete funding for our equipment package each PCRS student receives. An equipment package includes some specialized hand-tooling each one of our students needs and receives as part of their tuition.

Tooling for 9 students @ $7043 each = $63,387

Equity Statement

Panther City Repair School is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all staff, students, volunteers, board members, and stakeholders. We strive to ensure that everyone associated with PCRS is respected and valued regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, abilities, disabilities, or any other factor. We actively strive to create an environment where everyone can thrive.
