Founded in 1987, Dallas Ballet Company is a nonprofit pre-professional dance company dedicated to providing young artists with meaningful performance experiences and high-quality production opportunities. Our dancers don't simply learn steps, they learn discipline, perseverance, teamwork, confidence, and the joy of bringing a story to life.

Bringing Dance Beyond the Stage

Dallas Ballet Company believes that dance should be shared throughout our community, not just inside a theater.

Through our community outreach efforts, DBCo dancers have performed Nutcracker excerpts at NorthPark Center, welcomed local elementary school students to Nutcracker dress rehearsals, offered performances and Nutcracker-related activities for patients at Children's Medical Center Dallas, and shared dance with senior communities and other organizations.
