Sydney Sobotka for Dallas Ballet Company

Sydney has been dancing since she was three years old and has proudly been a part of Dallas Ballet Center since January 2021. Over the years, her love for dance has continued to grow, and she has been fortunate to perform in many wonderful productions, including Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty, and, of course, The Nutcracker.

Dallas Ballet Company (DBCo) is a pre-professional, nonprofit ballet company founded in 1989. Through the generosity of supporters like you, DBCo provides Sydney and her fellow dancers with invaluable opportunities to grow as artists, including performing alongside professional guest artists and participating in master classes. Donations also help provide dancer scholarships and fund the beautiful costumes, scenery, sets, and other production needs that bring each performance to life.

Your support helps make these experiences possible and allows Sydney and her fellow dancers to continue pursuing their goals and passion for dance. Dance is such an important part of Sydney’s life, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunities Dallas Ballet Company has given her.
