For 37 years, Big Thought has created spaces where young people’s voices lead, their ideas matter, and their creativity drives change. Each year, more than 30,000 youth across Dallas and beyond find opportunities to learn, lead, and create.
We believe youth are the experts of their own experiences. When they are heard, when their ideas are valued, and when they co-design opportunities alongside us, those experiences become more relevant, impactful, and transformative.

$25 – Provides a year of supplies for a young person in an after school poetry program.
$50 – Provides supplies for 25 young people in a design workshop.
$100 – Provides the stipend for a professional teaching artist to lead a creative workshop.
