Bachman Lake Together is a nonprofit collective-impact initiative bringing families, community partners, and supporters together around a shared purpose: partnering with the community to cultivate a thriving Bachman Lake neighborhood where children flourish and opportunity is shared across generations.
For the past 10 years, the Bachman Lake Together Family Center has been at the heart of that work. Since opening its doors in 2016, the Family Center has been a place where families and communities connect.
What began with a focus on early childhood has since grown into a broader family-centered hub. Now, over 50 community partners contribute to a shared vision where parents grow as leaders and advocates to support their school-aged children and families’ well-being.

Since 2009, Bachman Lake Together, has worked alongside its parent leaders, community members and partner agencies to lay the foundation for success.
