At Well Grounded Coffee Community, we hire, train and mentor marginalized women to successfully learn skills, attain education, and integrate successfully into the community. Our Baristas come from prison, addictions, homelessness, etc. We give them a second chance for an amazing future by opening doors of opportunity.
1-Expand the work we are doing at the Coffee House to allow us to hire and train more Baristas.
2-Purchase land to build a safe, affordable, supportive community for our Barista families to live with their children.
3-Add a Drive thru and other businesses to support our mission.
