Give Voice. Build Community. Change Lives.

For more than 35 years, The Women’s Chorus of Dallas (TWCD) has used the power of music to celebrate women, embrace diversity, and create a community where everyone can belong.

Founded in 1989 as Texas’ first chorus composed predominantly of LGBTQ+ women, TWCD has grown from a bold local ensemble into a nationally recognized treble chorus. With 11 albums, four invited performances at Carnegie Hall, and collaborations with artists including the Kronos String Quartet, Lesley Gore, Victoria Clark, Demi Lovato, and Hugh Jackman, our voices have reached far beyond Dallas.

But our greatest impact happens right here at home.

Each season, TWCD brings free performances and music education to students and community members, partners with social service organizations, raises funds for women-focused causes, and creates welcoming spaces where diverse voices can be heard.

Your North Texas Giving Day gift helps keep that mission singing.

Your support makes it possible for TWCD to bring powerful music to more people, champion women’s causes, support community partners, and ensure that every voice has a place in the chorus.

Give today. Help us keep singing, serving, and making a difference—one voice at a time.

Equity Statement

Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, respected, and valued.

The Women’s Chorus of Dallas is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism. We welcome women, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people who sing with a treble voice, along with audiences and supporters from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.

We put our values into action by listening to unheard voices, celebrating diverse composers and artists, building a Chorus and audience that reflect our community, and creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone can belong.

We stand together, we sing together, and we use our voices to champion strength, diversity, empowerment, and change.
