Trinity Sports Foundation

We partner with other local non profits like Arlington Urban Ministries, The Salvation Army North Texas Youth Education Town, Mission Arlington, Safe Haven, APD/Police Activities League, Girls Inc and the YMCA. We organize and supervise play days where our partner non-profits can bring children to our fields for a day of play. Kids who might otherwise not have a chance to participate in sports. Kids aged 5-12 enjoy a variety of sports including soccer, football, volleyball, and fun activities like GA GA Ball, musical chairs and much more. The kids leave having had a great day of fun, meeting new friends and most important they enjoy the love and attention they garner from our wonderful volunteer staff including the Arlington High Girls Soccer Team, the TSF board and Trinity United Methodist Church members and others who enjoy giving back to our community. We also provide discounted field rates for non profits like the YMCA for practice and games.

Our Needs

We need funds to keep our 3 regulation size soccer fields in good condition. We need funds to continue to add sports opportunities to our growing TSF complex. We need funds to support our "Play Days" for our partner non-profits- we provide a light breakfast, lunch, a T Shirt and snacks during the day to as many as 200 kids a day from our non profit partners. (Arlington Urban Ministries, The Salvation Army North Texas Youth Education Town, Mission Arlington, Safe Haven, APD/Police Activities League, Girls Inc and the YMCA).
