Dogs Matter is more than an organization to me—it’s my purpose, my passion, and part of my recovery story. As someone living in recovery out loud, I know firsthand how important second chances are. Dogs Matter gives people struggling with addiction the chance to enter treatment without the fear of losing their beloved pets. By providing safe, temporary foster homes, they help keep families—both human and furry—together.
