I’m proud to support To Be Like Me this North Texas Giving Day!

To Be Like Me is a nonprofit disability awareness program led by people living with disabilities, called LEADers (Leaders in Education and Advocacy for Disabilities). Through their stories and lived experiences, LEADers help students and adults challenge assumptions, build empathy, and create more inclusive communities.

What makes To Be Like Me so powerful is the opportunity to learn directly from people with disabilities. Every story shared creates a chance for someone to listen, ask questions, gain understanding, and see disability from a new perspective. That's why every story deserves the chance to shine. 

This North Texas Giving Day, I’m raising funds to help bring these meaningful experiences to even more students, educators, professionals, and community members. And this year, your gift can go even further. Donations will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $30,000!
