MISSION

To provide individualized pathways to stable housing, independence, and well-being for disconnected youth.

VISION

TRAC youth are equipped with the stability, skills, and confidence to pursue their life goals.

I want you to take a moment and reflect back to when you were 18 years old. What were you doing at the time? What were some of your goals and aspirations? Were you deciding on if you were going to attend college and where? Were you trying to decide on what pathway was best for you? Or were you simply just excited for what the next chapter held for you as a young adult? I know I was when I was 18.

At TRAC, the youth that we serve have similar goals. However, they are often forced to put those goals on hold due to the unpredictability of the future. Our youth are forced to figure out their next steps in the blink of an eye at times, and they often do not know where to begin. Aging out of foster care or being kicked out of the only home you have ever known at 18 years old is terrifying. This is why TRAC exists; we assist in catching these youth at their most vulnerable and begin assisting them on their journey toward stability.

Working with TRAC has shown me the incredible strength of youth leaving foster care and those experiencing homelessness as young adults. They are resilient, determined, and capable of so much when given the right support!

I am raising funds for TRAC to support youth that age out of foster care and their homeless peers, and I would absolutely love your help!
