Truman is a new Dog!
Remember Truman - Angie found him wandering the street, wobbly and suffering from heat stress? Well, this handsome boy went to his first adoption event today, after getting neutered last week :)
Let's face facts - if everyone responsibly spayed and neutered their pets, we wouldn't even need rescue groups! Angie's Friends provides numerous support for spay/neuter needs including spay/neutering pets in our program, promoting spay/neuter in the community, and supporting low-income families with vetting and transportation for spay/neuter of their loved pets. Did you know Angie's Friends spends more than $20,000 a year on surgeries, roughly half of which is related to spay/neuter? We can't continue to be a resource in economically depressed neighborhoods of West Dallas without your help!
Welcome to the Spay/Neuter challenge! We're asking our supporters to get us one-fourth of the way toward our overall goal and fulfill the Spay/Neuter Challenge of raising $10,000 by Sunday, September 6!
We know how important your funds are! We appreciate how much you care for animals in need SO much! We thank you. And, the animals in need in West Dallas thank you.
