Right now, thousands of immigrant children are experiencing the unimaginable trauma of being separated from their parents or navigating the isolation of detention centers. In these moments of fear, they need more than just a distraction—they need to feel seen, valued, and brave.

I created Brave Little Hearts, a specialized coloring and activity book designed to be a gentle companion for children in the immigration system. It isn't just about art; it’s about emotional survival. Through trauma-informed illustrations and empowering messages, this book helps children:

• Find Calm: Creative activities help regulate the nervous system during high stress.

• Feel Empowered: Reminds them of their inherent strength and worth.

• Process Emotions: Gives them a safe space to express what they cannot say.

Our Mission: $50,000 for a Year of HopeOur goal is to raise $50,000 this year to fund the mass production and nationwide distribution of these books to shelters, transit centers, and legal advocacy groups. This is a continuous effort—as long as children are facing these journeys, we want to ensure they don't have to face them without a reminder that they are loved.
