Seniors can be costly
So many seniors end up at local shelters, and many time in unfavorable medical conditions. Whether it be a dental like Princeton, or heart medication or regulation for diabetes, we and our foster homes go the extra mile to make sure seniors are enjoying their golden years.
Dillard came to us from a local shelter. We could not believe that he had lived his life outside. He was matted and heart worm positive, which was no surprise to us. The love this boy had to give was just astounding. He didn't know a stranger, loved all dogs and the icing on the cake was his perfect demeanor. We immediately got him groomed and started his heart worm treatment.
Thanks to our supporters, we were able to find this perfect senior his forever home where he is loved beyond imagination.

Just like people, senior pets deserve to live out their golden years surrounded by comfort, compassion, and proper care. They've given their love so freely throughout their lives and now they deserve the same in return!
Through our Senior Pet Program, we care for these gentle souls—our frosted-face friends—providing them with the medical support, comfort, and love they need. Some are lucky enough to find a new forever home, while others stay with us for the rest of their journey. No matter how long they have, we make sure they know they’re cherished.
A shelter is no place for a senior. With your support, we can continue to offer them cozy beds, vital medications, and the dignity they so deeply deserve.
