Toast for Charity (TFC) is a Dallas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders and difference-makers.

Founded on the belief that every child deserves an equal opportunity to succeed, TFC works to remove barriers and expand access to education, mentorship, resources, and meaningful opportunities for youth in historically underserved communities, with a particular focus on Southern Dallas.

We build early literacy skills and help young children develop confidence and a lifelong love of reading.

M.A.D. (Making A Difference) Pitch Competition
We challenge high school juniors and seniors to identify issues affecting their communities, develop innovative solutions, and compete for college scholarships—all while building leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Scholarships, Mentorship & Professional Exposure
We connect young people with financial support, mentors, professionals, resources, and experiences that help them see—and pursue—the possibilities available to them.

We believe young people should be able to see themselves as readers, college students, professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and difference-makers. By connecting students with resources, experiences, and people who believe in their potential, we help illuminate pathways to lifelong success.

Why This Matters to Me

I’m proud to support Toast for Charity because I believe deeply in the power of education, exposure, and opportunity to change the trajectory of a young person’s life.

Education and service have always been important to me. I know that talent and potential exist in every community, but access to opportunities does not always exist equally. Sometimes what changes a young person’s path is having someone open a door, expose them to a possibility they hadn’t considered, or simply invest in their potential.

That is what I love about the work we are doing through TFC. We aren't simply telling young people that they can succeed—we are working to give them the resources, experiences, mentorship, and opportunities that help make that success possible.
