Maddie's Fundraiser!

My Why:

I've worked at Christ's Haven for five years, and it's such an honor to get to be here and do this work for the kids and families we serve. I chose to use this picture for my fundraiser because it's with a group of our kiddos who we got to see reunified with their mom at the beginning of this school year. I love that we can wrap around these families both while the kids are here and after the kids go home. I dream of a world where families all are supported and together, and I love that we get to be part of the healing process for families walking through some of the toughest seasons of their lives. 

Our Mission

Christ's Haven For Children is a nonprofit organization centered around the core values of Normalcy, Dignity, and Hope. We provide a trauma-informed, family model of care for displaced children, teens, and young adults.

As a voluntary placement organization, we are an option outside of traditional foster care, often when a caregiver has exhausted all efforts to care for a child. Whether a child is with us for six months or sixteen years, we utilize that time loving them as our own and instilling normalcy, dignity, and hope into their lives.
