I’m honored to serve as the Hope Mommies Dallas Chapter president, helping other moms find hope and healing—just as I did.
Our Story of Loss
In 2015, after infertility and fertility treatments, I was overjoyed to see two pink lines. Chris and I were thrilled. But at 12 weeks, I sat alone in the ER and heard words that broke me:
“I’m sorry, there is no heartbeat.”
We named our first baby Angel.
We never expected to experience this kind of loss again. But in the years that followed, we would say goodbye to two more precious babies:
Our daughter, Hope, miscarried at 10 weeks due to Turner's Syndrome
Grace Anne, stillborn at 21 weeks due to a placental abruption
Each loss left a hole in our hearts. The lowest of lows. Hope Mommies was a beacon of light in some of the darkest days.
️What Is Hope Mommies?
Hope Mommies is a Christ-centered nonprofit that comforts and connects moms who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss.
After our second loss, I received a Hope Box—filled with Bible study materials, a journal, comfort items, and an invitation to join a community of women who understood my grief. That box changed everything for me.
Help Us Give 400 Hope Boxes
This year, the Dallas chapter plans to distribute 400-500 Hope Boxes to more than 25 hospitals and clinics and to individual moms upon request.
Each box costs about $60 and is provided completely free of charge to hospitals and clinics in our area to reach grieving moms. But we need your help to make that possible.
Will You Partner With Us?
Your gift provides more than just a box. It gives a grieving mom:
- A tangible reminder that her baby is remembered
- A connection to a supportive community
- Resources to grieve with hope in Christ
Please donate today and share this page with others. Every dollar helps us reach more hurting families with comfort, truth, and love.
Our story isn’t over. And neither is theirs.
Thank you for your support.
