April’s $20 for Christ’s Haven ❤️

For 11 years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of being a House Parent and watching children grow, change, overcome, and become who God created them to be. These two little boys are especially close to my heart because I’ve had the honor of watching them grow up and graduate, just as I’ve watched my own three children grow up. ❤️

Being a House Parent is both a privilege and an honor. Every year is different, and every child brings their own story, personality, challenges, and beautiful gifts.

I truly believe God handpicks the children who come into our homes — whether they are with us for a little while or until the day they graduate. Each one is a blessing, and I honestly can’t imagine doing anything else.

What makes it even more special is that my family gets to do this together. It has brought our family so much joy, purpose, and countless blessings.
