A Lifetime of Music! FWC Fundraising by Karla

This annual fundraising event helps support Fort Worth Chorale to continue presenting stunning music and supporting the choral community with it's Schola Cantorum Project.

I've been involved with Fort Worth Chorale (formerly Schola Cantorum of Texas) since graduating from college!  This collection of singers, currently under the direction of Dr. Karen Kenaston-French, embodies the highest standard of choral singing.  I've had the pleasure of singing under the direction of Dr. Kenaston-French many years ago and since joining us as the Conductor and Artistic Director, we continue to grow and achieve!  Here's a small sample of who we are!

 

Funds raised this year will help us reach these goals:

- Provide new, quality music to Title 1 Middle School Choir Directors

- Sponsor concert tickets for teachers, so they can attend our events for free

- Hire local musicians to perform alongside us

- Send our choir to Albuquerque, as we were selected to perform in the prestigious Southwestern American Choral Director's Association convention in March '26!
