At Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary, something beautiful is growing — and it starts with kindness, nourishment and community. The Good For You Healthy Hub is more than a program. It’s a promise: Every child and deserving family at the school will have access to fresh food, nutrition education and the chance to flourish and grow.

This heartfelt initiative is powered by Texas Health Community Hope, and made possible through the generosity of TDIndustries, the Lowe family, and caring neighbors like you.

What Your Gift Makes Possible

The Healthy Hub works like a neighborhood market — right inside the school — where families can shop with dignity and care, free of charge. But it’s not just about groceries. It’s about empowerment, connection and hope.

  • Families select fresh produce and pantry staples that meet their needs
  • Each visit includes recipe cards, cooking tools and nutrition workshops to support healthy habits
  • The hub is part of a growing network that’s already shared over 1.2 million pounds of produce, reaching nearly 265,000 North Texans

A Special Impact at Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary

The hub honors the legacy of Jack Lowe Sr., TDIndustries’ founder, and lifelong advocate for education, inclusion and servant leadership.

  • Serving 150 families who face barriers to transportation and grocery store access
  • Supporting a vibrant and culturally rich student body from 20 countries, speaking 17 languages
  • Making sure that access to fresh food is not a barrier to academic success

Why It Matters

  • When kids eat well, they learn better, feel stronger and dream bigger
  • When families have support, they thrive
  • And when we give together, we create something lasting – something good
