Wesley Rankin Community Center

Wesley Rankin Community Center is a non-profit organization that serves the West Dallas community, providing an after-school program for kids involving tutoring while their parents are at work. It gives the kids a place to do their homework and make friends, as well as allows the parents to work longer and not have to worry about being home. Staffed by volunteers, the kids get the chance to build connections with them throughout the year. I care about this organization, because I volunteered here this summer and recognize a need for support to buy supplies and continue to help the families.
