Lauryn Burns-Sophomore

Hi, I'm Lauryn Burns! I'm a sophomore and this is my first year as a Highstepper! I have been dancing since August of last year, and I'm so grateful to have made it on this amazing team. The beginning of my rookie year has been such an amazing and rewarding experience; nothing could ever replicate the joy that my teammates and dancing bring me! I have learned a lot from being on this team already, such as responsibility, teamwork, discipline, and so much more. Our drill team is highly admired and celebrated at Heritage High School, and we put so much work into holding that title. This year, we have recived the chance to compete at nationals and we would love to bring home a huge win! We will be visiting San Marcos, and your donations will go towards props and costumes to elevate our routines, as well as travel fees and our exciting trip to Six Flags! We are very grateful and highly appreciative of any donations we receive! Thank you!
