Counseling — individual, couples, and family therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship struggles, delivered by licensed clinicians integrating evidence-based care with Catholic anthropology.
Coaching — pastoral coaching and life coaching for spiritual direction, marriage enrichment, and personal development, grounded in faith and delivered by certified practitioners.
Allied Health — Natural Family Planning (Creighton Model), naturopathic care, acudetox, homeopathy, and nutrition — whole-person physical wellness alongside clinical and spiritual care.
