Dancing and music are both hard work and require dedication - especially if the student is interested in a non-mainstream genre.
The Southwest Celtic Music Association has long had a Scholarship program with scholarships given to worthy dancers and musicians in Celtic styles. These scholarships have helped the recipients do everything from buy new dance shoes and instruments, to travel to compete in International competitions.
The Scholarship program has had to be on hiatus the last few years, but we would love to bring it back to help reward and encourage the next generation of Celtic dancers and musicians.
